Xsperience Live - Understandings

What Needs To Be Understood?

There are specific things that MUST be understood when it comes to the Rcars Xsperience Live, including different rules for viewer enjoyment, and explanations to different things that the viewer will see/hear/experience/interact with.

Rules and Conditions
· The viewer cannot blame Rcars if their neighbour is angry at them for playing the music too loudly.

· The viewer must be aware of their music volume – especially as this is a long event, they will be encouraged to spend some time away from the Xsperience every now and then if required or recommended to Rcars by the public.

· The viewer must maintain usual online safety and kindness on the live chat ~ there will be a moderator constantly checking the chat for any rudeness or improper language / hate towards others. To begin, that individual will be warned once. If they do not adhere to the warning, then they will instantly be banned from the chat but still able to watch the livestream and interact with the cars in BeamMP – however, there will be no chance of them being interviewed.

Explanations and Information
The viewer will be given a wide range of ways to interact with the Rcars Xsperience Live. This is not a hidden feature. This will be explained at any given chance.  Here are just some of the ways that the viewer will be able to interact with the Xsperience.

1.      First and foremost, support online and interacting with the livestream – this is crucial to getting a greater base of people involved.

2.     Discord - there will be a new and opened Rcars Virtual discord channel, allowing for people to discuss what may be coming next or even try and get themselves a spot to be interviewed.

3.     BeamMP- the cars will be available to be driven on BeamNG.drive so that the viewer can interact with the new models and have a great time – Ben will also be on the server so that he can drive these cars with others. – there will be limited slots to drive a car, and this will be explained at the start of the livestream. To enter, they must submit a ticket on the discord server or be personally invited to the server. Each car will get roughly 15 minutes to 30 minutes of run time.

4.     Instagram – as the cars are being released and shown on YouTube and BeamNG.drive. There will be posts released on Instagram to suit.

5.     The Rcars Virtual website – at the end of the livestream, all cars and models will be released on the website along with the new website UI.
